With over 20 years of financial expertise, Ken is a driven strategic planner providing guidance to hundreds of businesses and healthcare practices nationwide on alleviating tax and financial burdens. As a partner in Customized Business Strategies, a financial planning and business consulting firm, Ken’s extraordinary drive and vision guided its growth into the healthcare industry in 2000. His personal, hands on consulting is responsible for significant nationwide growth of the company.
Hampton Tax Group, a tax and accounting firm, was founded by Ken and his partner, Rick Pankowski. The company grew exponentially into 29 states with Ken as the driving force behind the tactical business plan as well as the sales and marketing structure. Ken works one-on-one with clients to develop individual plans that increase overall success including analysis of business structure, financials, office procedures, employee and vendor relations. His continuous strategic planning process results in long term financial gains while reducing tax and other financial burdens. Ken’s financial proficiency and his business acumen are the key to his success as a tax and business consultant.

He is a lifelong entrepreneur, having founded and built multiple successful companies. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Ken currently resides in Houston with his wife, Sandy, who is a Chiropractor. He is a dedicated advocate for the advancement of the chiropractic profession and a current member of the Board of Regents at Texas Chiropractic College.
